Introduction

Building a strong body and building a strong home follow similar paths - after all, your body is a temple! First you want to build a solid foundation. This means getting the right equipment to build your body and home. Once you have the right tools, you need to know how to properly use them to design the body, home, or the body at your home gym of your dreams!

Thanks to our quality and super affordable gym equipment, we are making it simple to perform muscular strength exercises at home, in your backyard, or even at a nearby park. Gym memberships are pricey and the drive to the gym is half the battle; And with the whole pandemic going on - your gym may not even be fully open. Which is probably leading you to the (muscle) burning question - how to build muscle at home? Figuring out how to build muscle can take many paths, but we believe it is best to start with the foundation, then build the infrastructure and finally add the finishing touches!

Building Your Foundation

Breathe - Believe - Battle. This mantra can get you through the hardest of workouts, work days, or any battle that is thrown your way. Battle rope exercises will give you the physical strength and grit to conquer whatever crosses your path. They are the perfect addition to any home gym or they can be your entire home gym! Just order, take them out of the box, attach to something sturdy, and get to work. Within a few seconds you will notice the intense full body workout and the fierce warrior-like feeling that is taking over your body! The majority of the muscles in your body will be stimulated when doing battle rope exercises. Your legs and core work hard to stabilize your body and your arms, back, shoulders, glutes, core, and quads have to go into beast mode to ensure the heavy ropes wave up, down, and all around.

Another aspect of building a strong foundation is knowing how to do simple exercises that you can do anywhere, at any time, with or without extra weight from a weighted vest or medicine ball. Lunges, squats, calf raises, wall push ups, crunches, and planks are a few standard muscular strength exercises that are just as important of a strong body foundation as cement is to a home foundation. And all of the above exercises can be done in any room of your home as they only really require your own body weight. If you want to give yourself an extra challenge and build muscle faster, throw on a weighted vest during your exercise. Wear it while chasing your wild toddler around the house - BOOM - epic workout. No gym or babysitter required. Wear a weighted running vest on your next walk, hike, or dare we say run. Since you literally are carrying extra weight, a weighted vest benefits your cardio capacity, muscular endurance, and overall strength. It also is an effective way to burn calories in a realistic approach to exercise. Homes and warriors aren’t made in a day. We all have to start somewhere - the goal is to be stronger than yesterday!  So crank up your favorite pump-up playlist, slide your phone into the protected integrated phone pocket, and get going on burning calories and building muscle!

Building Your Infrastructure

Now it is time to build out the infrastructure with a Power Tower. This full bodyweight mini gym only requires a few feet of your home, garage, or backyard - at a powerfully affordable price. Dips, leg lifts, inverted sit-ups, pullups, bench presses, push ups...the list could go on forever! The power tower is our most multifunctional at home gym equipment option for any level of fitness, and no two workouts will ever be the same. The sleek, high functional design doesn’t just look good but will be your durable, body building tower for the long haul. The bar height is also adjustable, so as your workouts grow, so can your tower.

Fun Family Finishing Touches

Now that we have laid the foundation and built the structure, it is time for the finishing touches that are designed for the whole family. Our essential gymnastic equipment - bars, balance beam, and inflatable air mat/tumble track are a fun way to build confidence, flexibility, strength, coordination, and have fun family time! That sounds like a 10.0 day to us! Our strategically created gymnastics bar is made of heavy-duty stainless steel beams for stability, the height is easily adjustable as your kid grows (or if you want to play on it!), and the beechwood cross-beam provides a strong grip and prevents blisters. For little ballerinas, gymnasts, or just kids who want to play around and build up their strength - this is the perfect product. Other family members can also use it for home Barre classes, bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, strength training, and wherever else your creativity leads. Perhaps you are looking for a little more balance for your family? Our foldable balance beams are only 11 lbs and so easy to set up and fold away that your littles can do it themselves. Looking to elevate your style? Our 8ft adjustable balance beams goes up to 19 inches so as their confidence increases, so can the height. It also can hold up to 420 lbs, so parent and child can both be on the beam together creating fun, athletic memories while creating healthy habits for the whole family! And now for the big landing...The 10ft inflatable air mat and tumble track! Nailed it - the crowd goes willlddd! The versatile, adjustable pressure mat offers endless possibilities. A safe place for your baby to sit up and fall over, a floating yoga and pilates mat for your pool, a tumble mat for your inspiring gymnast, or a safe mat for your local cheer squad to practice new stunts. Whatever you can dream up, this mat is a safe, fun, and functional option.
