Weight Vest for Running and Training Black Vest with 20-lb

This is a well balanced vest. Once on it was comfortable and didn't rub at all. I wore it on my 3 mile walk and it worked out just fine. I wouldn't wear it for any type of jumping exercise.

I absolutely LOVE this vest. I got the 20lb and worried it would be too much, as I'm 5'3", 135 lbs, but it's not. This vest is a posture enhancer as well as a rucking or workout vest. Just putting it on I could feel the change in posture. I would recommend a weight you feel you could wear all day for posture and a heavier weight for exercise. I plan to go to 20 or 30 for rucking (walking) and wear the 20 lbs. at my standing desk. I don't think it would work for running for me because I can't get it tight enough, but I did not want it for running.This vest is really comfortable....with curves in all the right places for women, "in my opinion". I love the phone pouch and the sleek design...hardly noticeable.I do wish I could add more weight to this (future design), but then I love the balance of the weight and wouldn't want that compromised.I've seen that people have complained about the smell...yes, I do smell it, but do not feel it's overwhelming nor something that won't dissipate over time, so not concerned there.Try this vest!

I just got this 25lb Vest, It's pretty heavy, but I have lost about 30lbs, and is eye opening that I was carrying this weight around before. Im 5"10 and 185lbs currently, with a goal to lose another 15lb.I wanted a weighted vest to ruck in, and also use while on dog walks, as I typically walks dogs 3 times a day. I also have been doing some running and walking with a couple friends who are out of shape, and want some added difficulty as I am slowing down too much at their pace, I tried a run in it, it bounces a bit on the shoulders so I am not sure it is great for that, but is comfortable walking with and It helps with posture too.I have the adjustable straps on the tightest it would go so there is a decent enough room to expand for a bigger person, though it might be a bit loose on someone smaller.I chose this one over others as I wanted one that carried the weight over my chest/shoulders/upper back rather than others that have the weight carried around stomach and lower back.Overall so far so good! Seems like good quality and good price overall, worth it.

I love this vest! The style, fit, and weight distribution is perfect for me. I started with the 20 pound vest, and found it too heavy for my body size. I am small framed and only 107 pounds. After my 5 mile daily walk, my back was very sore. I ordered the 8 pound vest, which is what is recommended for my body size. My purpose for ordering the vest is to help with bone density.

I purchased this to make the daily walk I take with my dog a bit more challenging. I purchased the 20lb version and initially thought it was too light, then I hit the hills and realized it worked well. It fits well and is comfortable while walking. I do think it would shift too much to be used comfortably during a run...but since I'm not doing that I don't see it as a problem.
