Shipping Information

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and holidays, which could delay your shipment.

We are proud to offer free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states on every order.

Important Exceptions:

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free standard shipping. Customers in these regions should contact us at support@zelusfitness.com for shipping options.


Stardard Shipping  (3-5 business days)
All US addresses. Processing may take up to 2 business days before your order ships.


International Shipping  
We do not offer international shipping at this moment. Sorry for the inconvenice.

Zelus will not be processing or shipping orders on:

New Year's Eve / New Year's Day / Martin Luther King, Jr. Day / Presidents Day / Memorial Day / Juneteenth / Independence Day / Labor Day / Thanksgiving Day / Christmas Day

If there's a delay shipping your order, you may receive an email with details about it or you can track your order for the latest updates. We understand shipping delays aren’t ideal and we appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you.

Damaged Item

If your item arrived damaged and it's unworn, in the original packaging (if applicable), has the hang tags attached, and is accompanied by proof of purchase, you can contact our customer service team to get the good item.  

Wrong Item(s)

If you received items that you didn’t order, please contact us for support.

PO Boxes Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses, if you accidently enter a PO Boxes address, our customer service team will contact you to provide an alternative address to ship to. 

Missing Package(s) or Item(s)

If you’ve waited 24 hours and you’re missing a package that's marked delivered, or an item wasn’t included in your package—we're here to help. Submit a claim for our team to look into your eligible missing package(s) or item(s).   


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please see our return policy for more details.
